This is the camera that I use to shoot all of my latest pictures. It is a very small foot print and doesn’t sacrifice the D-SLR quality in the shot. It’s a 10mp camera for around $500. I got it from Dell (I know, strange) for a really good price. They shipped it free I guess due to poor computer sales.
I picked up a small Nikon Coolpix L11 camera while I was in Albuqurque, New Mexico in 2007. It takes good shots but some times has a problem with noise and image stabilization. Overall it does a good job and most of the pictures on my Flickr account were shot with it.
